I am beyond excited to share my passion for the art of fashion with you, inspire creativity, and capture a glimpse of life in the nation’s capital.  My style consists of a mix of old and new, statement and minimalist, a bit of DIY, and a whole lot of fun!  With this blog I hope to inspire you to step out of the box, to be creative with what you already have in your closet, while keeping you up-to-date with the current trends and (my favorite) plenty of online shopping recommendations.   So, let begin and get #AAdorned!

This Rebecca Minkoff Venus jacket has so many different textures, and the pop of yellow adds great drama to a simple ensemble.  I paired it with a black outfit with striped Uniqlo tank, but you could also dress it down like Rita Ora here.
