Hello everyone – Happy Memorial Day Weekend!  I’ve been slowing down with the blog post, in order to work on some tweaks for the website.  Once those are set, expect to see more posts coming!  I have some many outfits and trends prepared to show.  Can’t wait 🙂

Today I am featuring a thermo-reactive (or, heat-sensitive) top from Alexander’s Fall 2014 collection.  When I saw the video of his show during Fashion Week showcasing this technology, I almost fainted when I realized what was happening on that spinning stage 😀  Being a bit of a tech lover, I’m a sucker for innovative fashion that combines technology with style.  Heat sensitive fashion is not a new thing, but this sure is a much more sophisticated implementation than those color-changing t-shirts from the 90’s!

The weather was not warm enough for a full color change before the security guard at the Hirshhorn was about to kick us out for taking pictures.  I think the natural, uneven pattern of the color change is like modern art, don’t you?
