First Monday of May always marks fashion’s biggest night of the year with the Met Gala, and this year I’m especially excited for the theme – Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination. Growing up with a former Catholic Priest as a dad, I always had a special fascination with liturgical design and at times have incorporated its aesthetics into my outfits. In celebration the 2018 Met Exhibit theme, I styled a nun-inspired look using a few pieces found at Curio Concept Store for a fashion editorial piece in the March issue of Capitol File Magazine, along with a trend report with curated pieces reflecting the Catholic fashion concept.
You can see the digital version of the issue here.
