As you may have seen in previous posts, this summer is all about off shoulder tops.  I’ve been styling them in different ways to amp up the fun factor (as seen here), and today’s post showcases another way to make use of this trendy look.  By layering a fitted shirt underneath, I’ve been able to make more use out of my beloved Ellery Delores top – even in the office!

Speaking of making more use out of prized possessions – I have been obsessed with this Karlito bag charm ever since seeing Cara Delevingne walk down the runway with it.  Now that I have the mini version, I took the inspiration from this incredible Miu Miu fur tail earring and attached the bag charm to an ear clip.  There’s nothing like having Karlito by my side, hanging out while I enjoy a glass of wine 🙂

I actually did wear this outfit to the office with no issues.  All this off-shoulder top needs is a fitted top in a thin fabric to layer underneath to give it a new look.  As some of you may know, I work in a conservative Federal building in Washington, DC.  I am grateful to have such supportive coworkers who allows me to be creative in the office!
